Hikmat Mirzayev awarded lieutenant general rank

Major General Hikmat Izzet Mirzayev was awarded the highest military rank, Lieutenant General.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.

The Commander of the Special Forces Hikmat Mirzayev is one of the military operations leaders to free Azerbaijani lands from the Armenian invasion. He led the operation to liberate the Jabrayil region from occupation for 27 years.
