The press should always try to follow the electoral processes and closely investigate the shortcomings in the electoral process, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Mazahir Panahov, said at the meeting dedicated to pre-election campaigning opportunities and the basics of media subjects' activities in the elections, Report informs.
According to him, elections are considered the main criterion of democracy: "Therefore, it is not a secret that external interventions are being made in this process.
