Azerbaijani PM calls on India not to arm Armenia

The Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, met with India's Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Anupriya Patel, Report informs, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.
The PM said that currently, historical conditions have been created for the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, the signing of a peace treaty, and the establishment of peace in the South Caucasus: "Active arming of the Armenian side at such a sensitive moment is a serious blow to the peace process and creates new threats to peace and stability in the South Caucasus region."
The Prime Minister of Azerbaijan called on India not to arm Armenia.
The sides also discussed the development prospects of Azerbaijan-India relations.
