Azerbaijan, UAE sign MoU on outdoor advertising regulation

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Azerbaijan State Advertising Agency (ADRA) and the UAE Media Council, Report informs, citing ADRA.

The agreement outlines cooperation in monitoring the content of outdoor advertisements and regulating activities in this field.

It also aims to improve existing legislation in the outdoor advertising sector, develop collaboration in line with market demands, and adopt international best practices.

Under the memorandum, the parties will work together in areas such as the application of information technologies, development of innovative solutions, strengthening of public oversight mechanisms, and strategic planning.

The agreement also includes provisions for establishing joint working groups when necessary and ensuring continuous information exchange on outdoor ad monitoring.

Additionally, conferences and seminars will be organized to enhance the skills and knowledge of specialists from relevant institutions.
