Azerbaijan sees decline in number of marriages and growth in divorces

The Ministry of Justice registered 33,836 marriages and 14,544 divorces in January-August of this year.
Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee, that the number of marriages in every 1,000 people has dropped from 6.0 to 5.0 and the number of divorces rose from 1.5 to 2.2.
