Fuad Muradov meets Azerbaijani community in Dublin

Fuad Muradov, Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Committee for Work with Diaspora, has met with the Azerbaijani community in Dublin, the capital of Ireland, the State Committee told Report.

At the meeting, ahead of May 28, Azerbaijan's Independence Day, the committee chairman discussed the activities of the Coordination Councils, Azerbaijan Houses, and Sunday Azerbaijani schools, and praised the active participation of Azerbaijanis living in Ireland in diaspora work.

Eltay Aslanov, First Secretary of the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, praised the meeting with his compatriots and noted the acceleration of the process of community formation in Ireland.

A new coordinator for the Coordination Council of Azerbaijanis in Ireland was elected at the meeting.

The meeting concluded with an artistic performance dedicated to May 28, Independence Day.
