SOCAR tops Azerbaijan's non-oil exports among state companies

In January–August 2025, the Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) led all state-owned enterprises in non-oil and gas exports with a total of $272.3 million, Report cites the September edition of the Export Review by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

SOCAR Polymer LLC, in which SOCAR holds a 57% stake, ranked second with $190.5 million in exports. It was followed by AzerGold CJSC with $148 million.

Other notable contributors included Azeraluminium LLC ($82.9 million), managed by the Azerbaijan Investment Holding; SOCAR's Gas Export Department ($47.1 million); Azerpambig Agrarian Industrial Complex LLC ($26 million); SOCAR-Dalghic LLC ($1.9 million); Azerbaijan Railways CJSC ($1.5 million); Istisu Mineral Water Plant LLC under the Presidential Administration ($780,400); and the State Energy Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic ($594,500).
