PASHA Holding CEO: Experience, intuition important, but they don't provide ready-made answer in rapidly changing world

Success in a rapidly changing world is only possible when entrepreneurs not only offer solutions but also ask fundamental questions, PASHA Holding CEO Jalal Gasimov said during the Fifth INMerge Innovation Summit, organized by PASHA Holding, Report informs.

"Sometimes we see regulators changing legislation, or government agencies or bodies taking certain steps and wanting to change something. And if you don't ask 'why,' if you don't understand what they're trying to achieve, you start offering your own solutions and then get frustrated that they don't understand the market or business. Your ideas or proposals may be good, but if they don't answer the 'why,' don't explain the goal or reason the other party is trying to achieve, then the problem won't be solved, right? Therefore, it's always important to ask 'why.' And in our own conversations-be it board meetings or other formats-people often get carried away. We start discussing various solutions, proposing various courses of action, but sometimes we forget what exactly we're trying to solve," said Gasimov.

The holding's CEO noted that after achieving success or a result, people sometimes begin to believe they know everything or that they have a ready-made answer.

"This may be based on our intuition or past experience, and so on. But life changes too quickly. Therefore, the question 'what if,' in my view, is just as important as the first question-'why,' Gasimov added.
