Azerbaijan, Slovakia explore new SME cooperation opportunities

Azerbaijan and Slovakia have discussed expanding cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and exploring new investment opportunities, Report informs, citing the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of Azerbaijan (KOBIA).
According to the agency, a KOBIA delegation held meetings in Slovakia aimed at strengthening business ties, fostering partnerships, and identifying new avenues for collaboration between entrepreneurs from both countries.
During the visit to Bratislava, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of KOBIA's Board, met with Egon Zorád, Director General of the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO). The discussions focused on enhancing business and trade relations, promoting investments, and broadening cooperation between Azerbaijani and Slovak SMEs.
In a separate meeting with Peter Mihók, President of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the sides exchanged experiences in supporting entrepreneurship. They also explored ways to encourage collaboration between SMEs and startups, expand business connections, and implement future joint initiatives.
