Azerbaijan sharply increases corn imports

In January 2025, Azerbaijan imported 20,168 tons of corn, Report informs, citing the country's State Customs Committee.

The value of the imports amounted to $4.213 million.

This is 17,991 tons (9.2 times) more in volume and $3.531 million (6.1 times) more in value compared to the same month last year.

The cost of corn imports in January 2025 amounted to 0.2% of Azerbaijan's total import expenditures.
