Azerbaijan sharply increases beverages import and export

In January-October this year, Azerbaijan imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and vinegar worth $64.7 million.
According to the State Customs Committee, this is $11.6 million (21.85%) more than in the same period last year.
The value of drinks and vinegar exported by Azerbaijan in 10 months amounted to $11.7 million, which is $2 million (20.9%) more than a year ago.
During the reporting period, import expenditures on beverages and vinegar accounted for 0.7% of Azerbaijan's total import expenditures, and export revenues accounted for 0.07% of total export revenues.
