Azerbaijan increases meat imports by almost 70%

In January of this year, Azerbaijan imported 4,410 tons of meat worth $8,542,000, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

These are 1,718 tons (63.8%) more in terms of volume, and $3,660,000 (74.9%) more in terms of value compared to the same period last year.

Last month, the cost of importing meat was 0.75% of the total import costs of Azerbaijan.
