Azerbaijan increases fodder export by 37-fold

In the first half of this year, Azerbaijan exported 1,041 tons (+37-fold) of fodder products (turnip, fodder beet, grass, alfalfa, others) worth $197,000 (+70-fold), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.
During the reporting period, 999 tons worth $189 thousand were sold to Kuwait (there was no supply a year ago), and 42 tons worth $8,000 to Qatar (zero supply a year ago).
Last year, the UEA accounted for 47.7% of the 1,533 tons of fodder products exported by Azerbaijan (to 6 countries)and Kuwait was responsible for 38.6%.
