Azerbaijan, Argentina mull expansion of economic cooperation

Azerbaijan and Argentina have discussed expanding cooperation in trade, investment, agriculture, transport, and other sectors within the framework of the 2nd meeting of the Joint Working Group on Trade and Economic Cooperation.

According to Report, the meeting took place during the visit of Azerbaijan"s First Deputy Minister of Economy, Elnur Aliyev, to Buenos Aires.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Azerbaijan"s ministries of foreign affairs, digital development and transport, science and education, as well as several state agencies and institutions.

The protocol signed at the end of the event reflected issues of cooperation in the areas of trade, industry, investment, agriculture and food security, energy, healthcare, transport and transit, digital development, innovation, science, education, and tourism.
