Azerbaijan and Hungary sign three deals during Budapest meeting

Three documents were signed during the 11th session of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Hungary, held in Budapest, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan.

Following the meeting, a protocol summarizing the outcomes of the 11th session of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the two countries' governments was signed. Additionally, an Action Plan for 2025–2027 was signed between Azerbaijan's Food Safety Agency and Hungary's Ministry of Agriculture. A separate Memorandum of Understanding was also signed by authorized representatives of Azerbaijan Medical University, the University of Pécs (Hungary), Scandens Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd., and PannonPharma.

The protocol was signed by the co-chairs of the commission - Azerbaijan's Minister of Finance Sahil Babayev and Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó. The remaining documents were signed by authorized representatives of the relevant agencies from both countries.
