60 Swiss companies operate in Azerbaijan

Currently, 60 Swiss companies operate in the Azerbaijani market, First Deputy Economy Minister Elnur Aliyev said at the Azerbaijan-Swiss business forum held in Baku.
"The value of the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Switzerland is increasing every year. Since the beginning of this year, this figure has amounted to $437 million. Azerbaijan's exports to Switzerland accounted for $384 million of this amount and imports from Switzerland made $52 million.
"Agreements between the two countries are being successfully implemented. The business forum held today will also lead to the development of bilateral relations, including business relations. Yesterday, a meeting of the Joint Commission on Trade and Economy was held," Aliyev noted.
