Azerbaijan increases nitrogen fertilizer exports by 1.7 times

In January-November 2024, Azerbaijan exported 511,610.68 tons of nitrogen fertilizer worth $112,744,320, Report informs, citing the country's State Customs Committee.

Compared to the same period in 2023, the value of exported products increased 1.6 times, and the volume increased 1.7 times.

Nitrogen fertilizer accounts for 4.26% of Azerbaijan's main non-oil export products.

In November, the country exported 57,559.35 tons of nitrogen fertilizer worth $10,607,600, which is 18.2% and 25.5% more respectively compared to the same period last year.

In January-November 2024, Azerbaijan exported main non-oil products worth $2,648,607,360. This is 2.4% less compared to the same period in 2023.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations worth $43,109.55 million with other countries.
