Azerbaijan eyes increasing fruit exports 70% in next 4 years

Azerbaijan is gradually increasing the export of agricultural products, including fruits, Chairman of the Center for Agrarian Research of the Agriculture Ministry Firdovsi Fikretzade said, commenting on the decision of the Council on Agrarian Subsidies announced Sept. 7, Report informs.
He noted that fruit exports will grow 70 percent by 2025.
“The provision of subsidies for planting orchards by today’s decision will serve to further increase Azerbaijan’s export potential,” he said.
